Key Responsibilities

  • •Own ongoing client satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationships by ensuring timely, effective solutions
  • •Lead strategic benefits planning for assigned accounts, including renewal planning and long-term program design
  • •Manage financial performance for a book of $500k–$5 million in annual revenue and optimize revenue streams
  • •Collaborate with the Account Manager team and other internal partners to ensure annual deliverables and key projects are completed
  • •Stay current on industry trends and provide thought leadership with innovative benefit options to add value to client plans
