Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define KPIs, scorecards, and self-service analytics needs.
  • •Lead Power BI development: design and deploy enterprise dashboards/reports, build semantic/data models, and optimize performance and usability.
  • •Design and support complex ETL solutions using SSIS, integrating data across applications/databases/cloud and ensuring data quality.
  • •Develop and maintain reporting assets using SSRS and multidimensional/tabular models in SSAS, including refresh schedules and subscriptions.
  • •Lead Agile delivery activities using Azure DevOps, manage sprint execution, and provide technical guidance and mentoring to BI developers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • •6–10 years’ experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or Data Engineering roles.
  • •2+ years of experience leading BI initiatives, projects, or technical teams.
  • •Strong hands-on expertise with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, RLS) and enterprise dashboard/report development.
  • •Experience with BI/data engineering using SSIS/ETL and SQL/Azure SQL, plus Agile delivery practices (Azure DevOps).
