  • •Develop, implement, and manage cross-functional integrated planning processes covering make versus buy, capacity planning, scheduling, inventory, materials, and associated costs.
  • •Analyze customer demand, sales forecasts, and historical material usage to develop and execute build-to-order and build-to-forecast plans with best-cost production strategy.
  • •Establish and manage systems and best practices for inventory forecasting, purchasing, and material control, including inventory count accuracy with finance.
  • •Develop and execute production scheduling activities by monitoring material inventories, tracking production progress, reviewing schedule-affecting factors, and ensuring on-time delivery coordination.
  • •Develop and execute sourcing strategy, manage supplier relationships and supplier scorecard performance, and manage department budget, costs, resources, and employees.
