Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end service experience for assigned premium GPS clients, establishing an engagement rhythm across local, regional, and global touchpoints.
•Serve as final escalation point for complex issues across payments, receivables, channels, and liquidity/cash management solutions, ensuring disciplined communication and closure.
•Demonstrate risk and control awareness by identifying operational risks or control weaknesses and escalating promptly with clear impact and next steps.
•Coordinate and lead delivery of client initiatives across stakeholders, including Sales/Relationship Managers, Product, Operations/Service Delivery, Implementation & Integration, and Technology.
•Drive commercial outcomes by managing annual revenue retention, supporting cross-sell/deepening, and monitoring utilisation and training needs to maximise GPS benefits.

Key Requirements

•Solid experience in Cash & Liquidity / Payments / Cash Management and the ability to identify and understand client needs.
•Proven experience managing premium/top-tier client portfolios with senior stakeholder engagement and end-to-end issue ownership, including regional/global coordination.
•Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive matters under pressure.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including explaining complex operational/technical topics clearly.
•Sound judgement around operational, regulatory and relationship risk, with confidence escalating appropriately.
