Own Growth strategy and execution to help reach, convert, and retain users. Partner closely with the CEO on GTM strategies, leading UGC and social strategy for Consumer growth and outbound plus pipeline generation for Enterprise. Define metric-based goals and use data-driven decisions to improve performance. Bring startup experience, strong communication and storytelling, and the ability to move quickly and operate independently while working across multiple marketing channels.
