Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests, present menus, provide recommendations, and answer questions about menu items and specials.
  • •Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests and dietary restrictions, and communicate them promptly to kitchen and bar staff.
  • •Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring accuracy in delivery and presentation.
  • •Monitor tables for additional needs, refilling drinks, clearing plates, and providing condiments and utensils; check back to ensure satisfaction.
  • •Process guest payments, maintain cleanliness and organization, and follow health and safety regulations for safe food handling and sanitation.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years working experience with 2 years relevant experience in restaurant service.
  • •Ability to understand the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specials, to accurately describe dishes and make recommendations.
  • •Proficiency in taking orders accurately and entering them into the restaurant point-of-sale system.
  • •Ability to serve food and beverages professionally, including proper tray handling and tableside service.
  • •Ability to handle guest complaints or concerns effectively and resolve issues promptly while following restaurant policies.
