Support pre-sales, installation, and post-sales maintenance for Commercial Services products by providing infrastructure cabling estimation and engineering expertise. Maintain subject-matter competency through vendor and industry training, serve as a technical liaison with manufacturers, and keep project tools/resources/product data updated. Mentor Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Delivery teams while partnering with customer stakeholders to shape proposals, handle objections, and deliver technical presentations.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical expertise for pre-sales opportunities, installation, and post-sales maintenance of Commercial Services products.
•Maintain expertise through vendor and industry training and liaise with manufacturers on product or application upgrades.
•Gather and regularly update data for tools, resources, products, and applications.
•Develop and apply technology for customers’ use and proactively develop solutions to enhance business opportunities.
•Serve as a technical liaison for vendors, partners, and customer contacts; build proposals, handle objections, and deliver technical sales presentations while mentoring related teams.

•5–7 years of experience in estimation of infrastructure cabling technologies.

•Experience with project start-to-finish execution, including establishing priorities and balancing multiple projects.
