Serve as a trusted HR advisor to assigned business leaders, aligning HR strategy and programs with enterprise objectives. Partner with managers on employee relations, talent management, performance development, organizational effectiveness, engagement, and workforce planning. Drive leadership development, succession planning, and annual HR cycles while partnering with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Immigration, Payroll, and Learning & Development). Mentor a team of HR Generalists and support data-driven workforce decisions.
