Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC/R systems including WIC/R, RTUs, ventilation, refrigeration, and make-up air/DOAS equipment.
  • •Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues across multiple sites, providing onsite and remote support to teams and vendors.
  • •Use Building Management Systems (BMS) to monitor performance, review reports, and verify startup/testing/balancing results.
  • •Conduct site inspections to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently; handle basic electrical and plumbing maintenance as needed.
  • •Support new facility openings by verifying installation and system functionality and coordinating corrective actions early.

Key Requirements
