Key Responsibilities

  • •Build the hiring machine as software by syncing recruiting data and generating onboarding after offers are signed.
  • •Create a cash view by converting purchase orders, contract terms, and build milestones into order schedules and payment curves.
  • •Build a capital pipeline from approved budget to released capital to spent dollars, using build-milestone gates and an assembled proof chain.
  • •Parse MSAs, change orders, and side letters into structured obligations, prices, deadlines, penalties, and SLAs to support delivery and negotiation.
  • •Embed close/drawdown/negotiation/hiring-loop workflows with finance, treasury, accounting, legal, and people teams and generate structured work from approvals and reconciliations.

Key Requirements

  • •Have shipped production code in Go, Python, or TypeScript, and can use the right language for the problem.
  • •Build real features on LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models), plus MCP servers and agentic frameworks.
  • •Use AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor, and build agents that do useful autonomous work.
  • •Identify problems, design solutions, and ship without waiting for direction or approval.
