Job Summary

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors and ensure a smooth, documented handoff by loading/unloading cars, inspecting haulers, completing customer paperwork, and entering thorough notes into the customer tracking system. Maintain safe driving practices in line with CMV requirements, while meeting physical and schedule demands (11am–9pm; availability 7 days/week). Work as part of Carvana’s Market Operations team with performance-based pay growth and extensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
•Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles maintain safe to drive condition.
•Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
•Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
•Meet shift and availability expectations (11 am–9 pm; 7 days/week with rotating days off).

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
•Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading in indoor/outdoor conditions.
•Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
•Requires reaching, twisting, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, and squatting; must be able to lift/carry/push/pull 50 lbs.
•Must pass a drug test, obtain a DOT Medical Card, and have a valid driver’s license; must be able to obtain a Notary locally within 90 days (process sponsored by Carvana).
