Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct civil engineering design for airport projects, including airfield planning and site design.
  • •Develop designs and final working drawings to support construction plans for airport facilities.
  • •Prepare airport development construction specifications per FAA Advisory Circular 150/5370-10 and state requirements.
  • •Prepare design reports, schedules, quantity takeoffs, and cost estimates based on collected and analyzed data.
  • •Support construction administration and inspection, including shop drawing review and responding to contractor questions.
