Job Summary

Support CRH’s strategic procurement agenda by administering and maintaining the Coupa system for multiple operating companies. Provide level 2 Coupa support, perform configuration maintenance, user/role administration, testing, and coordinate release schedules and upgrades with minimal operational impact. Partner with CRH IT teams and the Coupa support desk to manage incidents, enhancements, requests, and supplier onboarding and enablement across Americas divisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide and coordinate level 2 Coupa support for CRH operating companies.
•Maintain Coupa configuration and perform user administration, including role assignment and approval flows.
•Coordinate Coupa releases/upgrades and perform user acceptance testing and regression testing.
•Work with CRH IT teams using ITIL processes to manage Coupa incidents, enhancements, and requests while meeting SLAs.
•Support supplier onboarding/enablement and help with change management and training (including creating training materials).

Key Requirements

•Evidence experience working as a procurement process and/or systems professional with strong business acumen.
•5+ years maintaining and coordinating content and supplier enablement with strong business background.
•Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
•COUPA certified.
•Experience with release management and system controls with eProcurement cloud applications.
