Job Summary

Own Windows endpoint lifecycle and compliance for global users using Microsoft Intune. Configure Windows Autopilot and Enrollment Status Page, manage Windows Update for Business rings, and deploy applications via Intune. Enforce endpoint security baselines and conditional access through Azure AD (Entra ID), while monitoring device health and reporting compliance. Triage and resolve complex Intune provisioning, policy, and deployment incidents using PowerShell automation and RCA.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer and maintain Windows 10/11 endpoints using Microsoft Intune, including Windows Autopilot and Enrollment Status Page profile configuration.
•Manage patching and application deployment with Windows Update for Business rings and Intune application packaging, testing, and rollout.
•Design and enforce endpoint compliance policies and security baselines (e.g., BitLocker, firewall rules, password policies) and implement conditional access with Azure AD (Entra ID).
•Resolve L2 Intune provisioning, policy conflicts, and application deployment failures; write PowerShell automation for routine remediation tasks.
•Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for escalated device/infrastructure incidents to ensure SLA adherence and generate compliance reports.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
•8+ years in IT infrastructure with at least 5+ years focused on Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Modern Workplace management.
•Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11 architecture, Windows Registry, hardware troubleshooting, and endpoint management with GPOs, CSPs, and ADMX.
•Strong hands-on ability to write PowerShell scripts for automation and debugging.
