•Map current-state operational processes, diagnose inefficiencies, and identify gaps, improvement areas, and automation opportunities.
•Architect streamlined future-state workflows, support the creation of standardized automation pipelines, and translate operational requirements into high-level, business-oriented user stories for development.
•Establish foundational governance and demand planning intake frameworks for an internal automation and continuous improvement pipeline.
•Act as an agile project manager to lead quick, iterative initiatives aimed at implementing automations, improving workflows, or structurally re-engineering broken processes.
•Lead immediate tactical triage and crisis mitigation for operational crises and service delivery failures.

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

•Deep practical expertise in process mapping, gap analysis, and conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
•Technical fluency and conceptual understanding of low-code/no-code ecosystems (e.g., Excel, VBA, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to effectively author user stories for developers.
•Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
