Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full Canadian post-delinquency lifecycle: digital and outbound collections, third-party agency placement, and post-charge-off recoveries.
  • •Drive collections channel strategy including comms cadence, sequencing, channel optimization, outbound calling strategy, and experiments tied to repayment.
  • •Own recoveries strategy and performance analytics such as recovery rates, cost-to-collect, placement mix, liquidation curves, and vendor scorecards.
  • •Set and iterate the collections and recoveries roadmap across delinquency, roll rates, agency performance, and charge-off/net-after-charge-off outcomes.
  • •Design and quantify initiatives from hypothesis through A/B experiment frameworks to measured impact, partnering with Legal/Compliance and cross-market teams.

Key Requirements
