Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive technical execution and architecture for the federated authentication platform and help define its long-term strategy.
  • •Lead design and implementation of core platform features and foundational framework components to enable extensibility.
  • •Collaborate with product management, design, and principal engineers to shape the roadmap and translate business requirements into technical strategy.
  • •Resolve the most complex technical challenges, including performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and architectural limitations.
  • •Write clean, modular, well-tested, maintainable code and proactively address technical debt and performance bottlenecks.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years focused on designing and building complex, enterprise-grade web applications.
  • •Demonstrated experience as a technical leader, architecting and delivering large-scale, high-impact software projects.
  • •Proficiency in at least one Object-Oriented language such as Java or C#.
  • •Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity to make high-judgment technical decisions.
  • •Proven ability to mentor senior engineers and influence technical direction across multiple teams.
