Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and own the full lifecycle of multidisciplinary construction projects to achieve on-time, under-budget delivery with customer satisfaction.
  • •Develop scope input and ROM cost guidance; gather proposals and evaluate bids; recommend best paths of action and create final cost/schedule.
  • •Implement controls to track and manage cost, schedule, and scope; track and approve invoicing through contract close-out.
  • •Facilitate city, county, and regulatory approvals; resolve design and construction conflicts in the field in real time.
  • •Manage site safety/environmental requirements and coordinate daily work across the facility, including critical-path coordination and quality inspections/verification.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management with 1+ years of field experience on construction projects, or 5+ years of commercial construction experience in lieu of degree.
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations; ability to mark up and highlight coordination items.
  • •Experience with topographic work, construction staking, and as-builts using GPS and/or total station equipment.
  • •Experience with civil infrastructure installation such as utilities and structural concrete.
  • •Must be able to work extended hours and weekends when needed; ability to work at elevated heights (200+ feet) and in extreme outdoor environments.
