Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose complex mechanical and technical vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
  • •Support junior and senior technicians with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair.
  • •Provide expert guidance on difficult or recurring vehicle concerns and help reduce repeat repairs.
  • •Communicate technical findings and repair requirements to Service Advisors, workshop supervisors, colleagues, and customers.
  • •Recommend improvements to workshop processes, working methods, tools, and equipment; coordinate with stakeholders to complete repairs efficiently.

Key Requirements

  • •Trade Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a well-reputed automotive workshop.
  • •Advanced knowledge of automotive mechanical and technical systems.
  • •Ability to analyze complex technical concerns and identify practical solutions.
  • •Strong technical and communication skills, including explaining technical findings to others.
