Key Responsibilities

•Build new products and features for Watershed’s biggest customers and most complex use cases, including AI-enabled workflows and data-management applications
•Work across the full stack with emphasis on back-end systems and data models
•Partner with Product Management and Design to translate user workflows into technical solutions
•Collaborate with AI engineers and climate scientists to build ergonomic and trustworthy agentic workflows
•Lead by example with performant, maintainable, and scalable code

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 215,000 - 253,800 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of software engineering experience across front-end and back-end with emphasis on back-end
•Track record of ownership and high-impact projects
•Experience building early-stage products
•Experience with, or interest in, building AI-powered and data-centric products
•Mission-driven and excited to build products that reduce emissions
