Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with partners to deploy OlmoEarth models for challenging, high-priority use cases and help standardize high-quality approaches.
  • •Explore and enable novel use cases by extending modalities and leveraging embeddings effectively across different contexts.
  • •Maintain partner communications and coordinate internally so partner requirements are understood by ML research, engineering, and partnerships teams.
  • •Feed lessons learned from deployments back into infrastructure improvements, including rslearn and OlmoEarth Studio, and help resolve model issues blocking deployment.
  • •Update model adaptation approaches (fine-tuning methods, new application recipes, and UI improvements) and support agent evaluations and development.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years deploying machine learning solutions end-to-end, including training and deploying at scale.
  • •Fluency in PyTorch, including debugging training loops and developing/deploying task-specific model heads.
  • •Experience with geospatial toolsets/platforms (e.g., Google Earth Engine, QGIS, ArcGIS) and familiarity with remote sensing/Earth observation/environmental science.
