Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in person and via proactive calling to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open consumer and small business accounts and support financial products such as deposits, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals tied to sales and client acquisition.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to attract new clients and expand relationships with existing clients.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documentation of client interactions, and assist with teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
  • •Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objection, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients (required).
