Key Responsibilities

  • •Calculate and present capital impact of process changes to senior leaders across Manufacturing and R&D.
  • •Connect cross-functional teams (supply chain, finance, engineering, procurement, production, and planning) to drive execution of manufacturing and cost-saving processes.
  • •Optimize capacity of installed equipment and lead site/tool-level optimization studies for efficiency improvements.
  • •Manage network tool utilization strategies and benchmark performance to optimize deployed capital.
  • •Automate and improve financial analyses before capital equipment purchases by optimizing metrics, process flexibility, capacity sharing, and equipment repurposing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a Business-related/quantitative field (Finance, Economics, or similar) or equivalent experience.
  • •Turn complex, ambiguous problem statements into structured solutions in a highly multi-functional environment.
  • •Operate independently with strong organization, control, and adaptability to evolving processes.
  • •Analyze and interpret data to draw conclusions, define recommended actions, and report results to technical and non-technical groups.
  • •Experience in capacity analysis, business analysis, or process analysis is highly beneficial.
