Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess change scope and plan delivery and execution of business change strategies and activities.
  • •Develop and deliver business change artefacts, including impact assessments, communication plans, stakeholder assessments, training plans and change strategies.
  • •Own and report on business benefit realisation, ensuring outcomes align with objectives, benefits frameworks and KPIs.
  • •Establish and lead change networks and change champion programmes to drive engagement, adoption, and sustained behavioural change.
  • •Drive consistent embedding and assurance of business change management across project activity, supporting implementation and adoption of new systems and ways of working.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 54,000

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant Business Change qualification (e.g., APMG, PROSCI or CMI).
  • •Demonstrable experience in business change, including knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks.
  • •Experience delivering change within enterprise-wide IT transformation programmes.
  • •Ability to lead and deliver business change activities across high to very high complexity projects.
  • •Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including working with senior stakeholders.
