Job Summary

Drive Visa’s LMM B2B payments growth in the Central Europe cluster from the Frankfurt office. Support Visa’s account executives and sales managers by scouting and developing new opportunities in Procurement and Travel & Entertainment, building issuer strategies, supporting key deals, and managing new corporate partners. Work with VCS Central Europe and Hub teams to understand the procurement and T&E technology landscape, design solutions with product/sales teams, and shepherd opportunities through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

•Build adoption of Visa network and Visa commercial products for B2B use cases across physical, virtual, and mobile formats.
•Develop a deep understanding of Visa and partner solutions (including collaboration with acquirers) such as Visa Commercial Pay suite and mobile solutions.
•Understand the procurement and T&E technology environment in Europe and build relationships with organizations to generate referral/reseller partnerships.
•Pursue prospects independently in Central Europe where relevant capabilities apply, partnering with issuers and their customers.
•Identify B2B payment challenges (procurement), design payment solutions with Product and Solution sales teams, and manage opportunities through implementation.

Key Requirements

•Business development or solution sales experience in procurement and B2B payments across Central Europe from banks, ERP/procurement providers, acquirers/gateways, procurement networks, procurement consultancies, or card networks.
•Strong influencing skills to negotiate and build open, transparent relationships with internal and external business partners.
•Ability to drive financial success in a highly commercial, target-driven role.
•Strong financial, analytical, collaborative, and product skills, including working with pricing and deal modeling teams.
•Fluency in German and English, with other relevant regional languages a plus.
