Key Responsibilities

  • •Prospect to identify new accounts and key decision makers.
  • •Manage a book of business for accounts with little or no activity; expand margin dollars in under-penetrated accounts using solution selling techniques and Territory Alignment tools.
  • •Ensure customers fully utilize SiteOne capabilities, including SiteOne University, vendor support, and the Partner’s Program.
  • •Coordinate with Sales Support Representatives, Line of Business Specialists, and store associates to place orders, monitor fulfillment, enhance customer experience, and facilitate hand-off when appropriate.
  • •Resolve customer complaints, report progress against opportunities, and leverage CRM tools to track pipeline and performance.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 5 years of new customer sales experience.
  • •1 to 3 years of green industry experience and knowledge of landscape, irrigation, or nursery products (preferred).
  • •Proven prospecting, negotiation, conflict resolution, and customer service skills, including reaching key decision makers.
  • •Ability to leverage CRM tools to organize accounts, manage opportunities, and execute sales consistently.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Business/Management preferred (or related experience).
