Key Responsibilities

  • •Cover planned and unplanned leave across Monday to Friday to keep the clinic running smoothly with fast, accurate clerical and administrative support.
  • •Manage electronic and hard copy health records and data in accordance with Defence policies, privacy requirements, and compliance standards.
  • •Coordinate appointments and liaise with internal and external health service providers to support continuity of care and timely access to patient information.
  • •Prepare reports, update health and personnel management systems, and assist with auditing activities for operational and compliance requirements.
  • •Support day-to-day clinic operations including filing, mail distribution, photocopying, ordering stationery and stores, and processing supply requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of full-time (or part-time equivalent) experience in an administrative role (medical setting highly desirable).
