Job Summary

Drive sales enablement and training for Visa’s Value-Added Services (VAS) sellers across the CEMEA region. You’ll design and execute strategic sales programs, create and tailor sales materials using local expertise, and align enablement outcomes to GTM priorities. Working as an individual contributor, you’ll collaborate with GTM, Product Management, Sales Operations, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Seller Experience leads to deliver consistent, high-impact training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and execute strategic sales enablement and training programs for CEMEA VAS sellers (account executives).
•Create and tailor sales materials using local knowledge and expertise for GTM desired outcomes.
•Align enablement and training outcomes to the region’s priorities and VAS Go-to-Market needs.
•Collaborate with cross-functional partners across GTM, Product Management, Sales Operations, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Seller Experience.
•Ensure sellers have the skills, knowledge, and tools to effectively position Visa products and solutions.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years with a PhD.
•Ability to design and execute strategic sales programs and training plans for sales sellers/account executives.
•Strong content creation and training expertise to tailor enablement outcomes to GTM needs.
•Project management skills to deliver enablement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
•Sales acumen to equip sellers with the skills, knowledge, and tools to position Visa products and solutions.
