Key Responsibilities

  • •Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions.
  • •Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers, set appointments, and support periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to the existing customer base and perform outside sales activities, including community financial literacy events.
  • •Establish working relationships with business partners and refer customers appropriately to provide timely, holistic solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry is preferred.

  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •Requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at the time of employment.
