Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end to end product design from discovery through delivery, ensuring solutions are grounded in user needs, business objectives and technical realities
  • •Apply design thinking methodologies to frame problems, explore opportunities, and align stakeholders around clear problem statements and outcomes
  • •Translate complex financial, regulatory and operational requirements into clear, usable and scalable product experiences
  • •Contribute to product strategy by identifying experience led opportunities for differentiation, growth and efficiency
  • •Own and evolve the design system, ensuring it supports scalability, accessibility, performance and brand consistency across platforms

Key Requirements

  • •5–7+ years of experience as a Product Designer working on complex digital products, ideally within financial services, fintech or regulated environments
  • •Degree in digital design, interaction design, visual communication or equivalent practical experience
  • •Proven experience designing mobile and web-based products at scale
  • •Strong understanding of banking products, services and customer journeys
  • •Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, problem solving, design craft and measurable impact
