Key Responsibilities

•Lead end to end product design from discovery through delivery, ensuring solutions are grounded in user needs, business objectives and technical realities

•Translate complex financial, regulatory and operational requirements into clear, usable and scalable product experiences
•Contribute to product strategy by identifying experience led opportunities for differentiation, growth and efficiency
•Own and evolve the design system, ensuring it supports scalability, accessibility, performance and brand consistency across platforms

Key Requirements

•5–7+ years of experience as a Product Designer working on complex digital products, ideally within financial services, fintech or regulated environments
•Degree in digital design, interaction design, visual communication or equivalent practical experience
•Proven experience designing mobile and web-based products at scale
•Strong understanding of banking products, services and customer journeys
•Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, problem solving, design craft and measurable impact
