Lot Specialist

Act as the “shopper” for designated auction accounts, partnering with auction operations and customers to ensure vehicles are sale-ready. You’ll oversee reconditioning recommendations, coordinate repairs through repair orders and shop partners, manage inventory organization (VIN/vehicle details, numbering, and lot placement), and support sale-day lane execution. The role also includes basic vehicle diagnostics, quality checks with customer representatives, and using electronic devices to scan inventory and document vehicle movements.
