Job Summary

AECOM Winnipeg seeks a Highway & Bridge Project Manager to lead delivery of municipal, provincial, federal roadways, highways and bridge projects within the Transportation team. You will manage planning, scope, scheduling, budgeting, risk, and coordination with internal design teams, sub-consultants, clients and contractors, while supporting procurement and business development in a transportation delivery environment.

•Manage and coordinate the delivery of highway and bridge projects for municipal, provincial, federal, and other private-sector clients
•Lead project planning, scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management activities
•Coordinate internal design teams, sub-consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
•Support procurement activities, including preparation and review of proposals, scopes of work, and cost estimates
•Monitor project performance, financials, and resourcing to ensure alignment with project objectives and contractual requirements

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 95,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, of bridge, highway projects municipal roadways and/ or general transportation projects
•PEng or PMP
•Ideally 8+ years demonstrated experience delivering municipal roadway or highway and/or bridge projects
•Experience working on projects for local municipal, provincial, federal, and or private sector clients
•Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
