Key Responsibilities

  • •Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders.
  • •Ensure every position is filled before start-up; oversee team exercises and job rotation for ergonomics.
  • •Ensure machinery and workstations meet required performance standards and pass USDA Inspection.
  • •Maintain accurate shipments, inventory rotation, and proper product coding; keep records of reworked or returned product.
  • •Promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings, provide encouragement, and perform human relations functions including training, retention, and counseling.
