Key Responsibilities

  • •Coach and guide client delivery teams and product owners in Agile practices to support continuous learning and improvement.
  • •Teach and maintain Scrum fundamentals in the context of team solution delivery, using facilitation, mentoring, and modeling.
  • •Work with teams and coaches to help teams focus on outcomes over outputs and align with lean data product delivery practices.
  • •Provide written documentation covering Agile events, metrics, dashboards, insights, tools, and techniques.
  • •Collaborate across the organization to inform and influence understanding of the value of change.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years leading Scrum for data migrations and data engineering transformation projects in Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure.
  • •10+ years guiding teams in agile software development as a project manager or delivery manager.
  • •5+ years working as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Facilitator for Data Platform projects.
  • •5+ years configuring and managing agile application lifecycle management tools such as Jira, Miro, Planview, VersionOne, AgileCraft, Rally, or ADO (TFS).
  • •5+ years applying agile fundamentals (lean-agile values, principles, and practices) to achieve desired outcomes.
