Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine cleanroom environmental monitoring, including airborne particle measurements, AMC sampling, metal contamination checks, and environmental logging.
  • •Conduct ESD compliance checks such as wrist strap and footwear testing, equipment grounding verification, workstation audits, and point-to-point resistance checks.
  • •Assist engineers with tool and material qualifications to ensure contamination and ESD requirements are met before release to production.
  • •Support contamination and ESD excursion investigations by collecting samples, gathering data, performing preliminary checks, and documenting observations.
  • •Maintain detailed documentation, checklists, and records and complete scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration for monitoring instruments.

Key Requirements

  • •Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Chemical Process, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on manufacturing/semiconductor experience).
  • •Ability to work in a semiconductor cleanroom environment and follow gowning, contamination-control, and safety protocols.
  • •Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures accurately and consistently.
  • •Good communication skills and effectiveness within cross-functional teams.
  • •Comfort working 12-hour rotating shifts (including night shift).
