Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in HS&E familiarization, training, team meetings, and projects.
  • •Receive coaching and mentoring to complete assignments and build skills.
  • •Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
  • •Learn and use internal software to support project and task completion.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other interns to interact with and network with global business leaders and present results.

Key Requirements

  • •Be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in relevant fields such as Mechanical/Thermal, Chemical, Computer Science/IT, Instrumentation/Control, Manufacturing/Materials, or Electronics and Communication.
  • •Be a national citizen of India.
  • •Have a GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 (or equivalent).
  • •Be fluent in oral and written English with effective communication skills.
  • •Be able to relocate for the duration of the internship (locations vary).
