Key Responsibilities

  • •Coach the teams, applying Agile values, principles, practices, tools and techniques.
  • •Participate and dynamize Agile Ceremonies; create and facilitate workshops and events.
  • •Training, advise and share Agile methodologies; mentor and coach of Agile Teams and individuals (Scrum Master; PO; etc…).
  • •Mentor, guide and support teams in adopting Agile processes and practices.
  • •Facilitate collaborative problem solving to reach consensus and improve delivery.
