Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support operational execution including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong sales floor visual standards and stockroom standards and processes to support a safe, efficient work environment.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor, address client needs quickly, and use metrics to support business-driving strategies.
