Key Responsibilities

  • •Own design projects end to end, including scoping, user flows, UI, release, and follow-up for improvements and strategic capabilities.
  • •Drive discovery by defining what to build, studying competitors and best practices, and translating user needs into product direction.
  • •Partner daily with Research, Product Management, and Development to apply insights, align on requirements, and validate technical feasibility.
  • •Create clear specifications, run design QA against the Kinsta Design System, and communicate rationale and trade-offs.
  • •Occasionally serve as Project Owner during delivery, coordinating releases and communicating progress without dedicated delivery managers.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on experience as a Product or UX Designer.
  • •Proven ability to ship product features from concept to production with strong autonomous execution.
  • •Experience working in a SaaS product environment and across the full design workflow (research through delivery).
  • •Expert proficiency with Figma and experience working with and maintaining a design system.
  • •A portfolio including at least one case study from problem statement to delivered solution; plus strong English communication skills.
