Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee corporate compliance and governance for ~350 entities across EMEA and APAC regions.
  • •Line manage and support a team of four Subsidiary Governance Associates, including their professional development.
  • •Make autonomous decisions on subsidiary compliance and governance matters within legislative frameworks and company policy, escalating to the Head of Corporate Governance when needed.
  • •Support the Head of Corporate Governance on the design, implementation, and operation of the Entity Governance & Compliance Framework (EGCF), including assurance, training, and governance policies and procedures.
  • •Oversee outsourced service providers for corporate compliance and support corporate restructuring, refinancing, and simplification projects; refine governance of operating entities and board support protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate of the Charter Governance Institute (ACG), Chartered Secretary, or an equivalent qualification.
  • •Experience working with multinational group structures and delivering/overseeing global entity compliance.

  • •Strong stakeholder engagement skills across different jurisdictions and functional disciplines.
  • •Ability to influence and challenge current thinking with clear, logical argument and discussion.
