Job Summary

Guarantee the smooth flow of Atelier manufacturing by aligning customer orders with atelier capacity and delivery commitments. Build the global production planning for each Couture order, translate customer orders into manufacturing instructions, and define key milestones from launch through quality control and delivery. Coordinate internal and external teams across the value chain, monitor order progress daily, flag risks, and manage performance indicators such as workload and occupancy rate.

•Build the global manufacturing planning for each Couture order.
•Translate customer orders into manufacturing orders by synchronizing development, fittings, and deliveries.
•Define key milestones: launch, finishing, quality control, and delivery.
•Coordinate internal and external teams throughout the value chain.
•Track order progress daily, alert on risks, and steer atelier performance indicators (workload, capacity, occupancy rate).

Key Requirements

•Rigor and strong sense of organization, with comfort in demanding environments.
•Strong ability to plan in a product environment for 5–10 years (e.g., fashion, furniture, crafts, Maison ateliers, subcontractors).
•Ability to manage multiple stakeholders/interlocutors without losing clarity.
•Ability to anticipate constraints and act with natural high standards to be a structuring contributor to the team.
•Ability to observe processes and build tailored approaches (sur-mesure).
