Senior Counsel, Commercial

Serve as a primary legal partner to the Go-To-Market organization, supporting customer transactions from structuring through execution. Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, enterprise, professional services, NDA, and partner/channel agreements, while building and maintaining standard form agreements and online terms. Negotiate directly with sophisticated customer counsel and ensure agreements align with open source licensing requirements and risk-calibrated commercial objectives, partnering closely with Sales, Product, Security, and other teams.
