Perform a full range of automotive repairs and diagnostics in Carvana’s Inspection Centers, from light maintenance to heavy engine work. •Support Carvana’s customer-experience goals by meeting vehicle readiness timelines, including ability to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

•Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may be subject to an MVR check).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use safety equipment including face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments/equipment.
