Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide CMiC application support across Finance, Job Costing, Project Management, Procurement, and Payroll modules by diagnosing configuration issues, data anomalies, workflow interruptions, and process errors.
  • •Assist end users with CMiC navigation, module functionality, and business process questions while distinguishing user error, configuration issues, and application defects.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve access issues including user account lifecycle management (create, modify, deactivate), role assignments, and permission structures aligned with job responsibilities.
  • •Support and maintain integration points between CMiC and adjacent systems (Textura, Concur, Prophix, CorPay, DocuSign, ClearStory, and others), including downstream analytics/reporting consumption such as Power BI.
  • •Document issues, root causes, and resolutions in a structured knowledge base and identify recurring patterns for permanent fixes or process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Information Technology, Business, Construction Management, or a related field plus 2 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Experience supporting or administering a construction ERP platform; CMiC experience strongly preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of SQL, with the ability to write queries to investigate data and validate results in a relational database (Oracle or SQL Server).
  • •Familiarity with CMiC modules including Financials, Job Costing, Project Management, and/or Procurement.
  • •Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to trace issues from the user interface to data or configuration root causes.
