Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead P2C Domains for the Global Seller Experience, including the Tooling and Operators workstream, executing seamless enablement strategies.
  • •Partner with enablement and business stakeholders across Revenue Operations, DET, Field Readiness, Communications, and Change Management to drive adoption of program initiatives.
  • •Develop and execute the enablement management strategy and plan for stakeholder engagement, communications, and role-based training.
  • •Own end-to-end change management execution, identifying and mitigating risks/issues, and building executive presentations, offerings, and status reports.
  • •Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Sales Onboarding to enable deal-lifecycle training (Train the Trainer, Just-in-Time, true-up) and conduct training needs analysis to continuously improve offerings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Change Management).
  • •7+ years developing and implementing training and/or change management strategies.
  • •Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, course development processes, and mobile learning best practices.
  • •Proven track record leading enterprise-wide, transformational, multi-disciplinary change initiatives focused on learning and enablement.
  • •Experience managing large, complex cross-functional project teams and enabling global sales teams in high-tech or consulting environments.
