Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire, develop, and retain a strong team of engineers for the Passkeys organization.
  • •Set measurable team goals, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and manage sprint-ready backlog prioritization across features, bugs, and tech debt.
  • •Monitor in-flight work, resolve blockers, and provide contextual updates to the broader organization.
  • •Own escalation and triage for production issues, community-reported bugs, and enterprise escalations related to autofill and desktop integrations.
  • •Serve as a primary liaison across engineering and partner functions (Design, Product, Architecture), synthesizing requests into prioritized, actionable work and improving team processes and developer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •10-12 years of experience leading engineering teams or complex cross-functional product engineering initiatives in software engineering.
  • •Experience working with globally distributed product engineering, GCC, or Center of Excellence environments, including leading distributed/cross-regional teams.
  • •Strong ability to lead engineering delivery and influence multiple stakeholders across engineering and product functions.
  • •Strong understanding of Agile software development, modern engineering practices, and product delivery lifecycles.
  • •Technical background in CI/CD, automation, and release engineering, with the ability to engage credibly in technical discussions and step in hands-on when needed.
