Key Responsibilities

  • •Work as part of the Landscape team to manage small projects, teams, or tasks within larger projects.
  • •Lead and manage technical landscape design and environmental mitigation inputs for infrastructure, development public realm, and parks projects.
  • •Prepare preliminary and detailed design deliverables, including general arrangement drawings and hard & soft construction detailing.
  • •Support construction administration by responding to RFIs and reviewing shop drawings and site conditions.
  • •Line manage and mentor junior team members; communicate risks or impediments and provide progress updates in meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree level qualification in Landscape Architecture or recognized equivalent; postgraduate diploma/masters in Landscape Architecture or recognized equivalent.
  • •7 to 10 years of experience as a Senior Landscape Architect.
  • •Fluent spoken English with excellent verbal, written and graphic communication skills.
  • •Demonstrable experience of project management and project delivery, including construction administration (RFIs, shop drawings, site conditions).
  • •Solid knowledge of planting design, hardscape materials, and construction detailing; ability to apply current design standards and guidance.
