Key Responsibilities

  • •Design Power Electronics: design HV and LV power systems, DC-DC converters, inverters, motor controllers, battery management, power distribution, and embedded safety mechanisms
  • •Own full-cycle hardware development from concept to testing and validation, including modeling, worst-case analysis, schematic capture, simulation, prototyping, and design reiteration
  • •Lead PCB layout decisions with ECAD engineers to optimize power density, EMI, thermal performance, and manufacturability
  • •Design for Safety, Manufacturability and Reliability to ensure robust aerospace-grade systems
  • •Execute board bring-up, verification, validation, and HALT testing to meet aerospace reliability standards
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Mechanical, CAD, Embedded, Software, Production, and aircraft teams across the product lifecycle
  • •Lead design reviews and contribute to high-integrity engineering decisions
  • •Manage project timelines, deliverables, and technical milestones to drive on-time, high-quality outcomes
