Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and maintain the customer-facing roadmap for the Machine Identity product area, in partnership with engineering and design leads
  • •Own OKRs for your area with clear success metrics, and drive quarterly planning cycles end-to-end
  • •Write and iterate on PRDs, PRFAQs, and other product specifications that align engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • •Prioritize initiatives on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis — keeping the team focused on the work that matters most
  • •Bring the customer voice into product decisions through research, direct engagement, and structured feedback loops
