Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end purchasing for assigned commodities and suppliers, including creating, monitoring, and expediting purchase orders in NetSuite
  • •Coordinate with suppliers on lead times, order confirmations, shortages, and delivery issues; resolve PO discrepancies and receiving exceptions
  • •Review inventory health and demand signals to prevent stockouts and excess inventory, and execute purchasing decisions based on forecasts and reorder points
  • •Maintain supplier relationships, identify supply risks, and support performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
  • •Develop and maintain procurement SOPs and documentation, improve procurement workflows, create dashboards/reporting, and mentor junior procurement team members

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or inventory planning experience
